I really need to start cooking/baking with these tin foil packets. I’ve seen it everywhere now and it’s just too darn easy to pass up! Love this idea and love all the flavors in this recipe! Hoisin and ginger are the best together (I’m so glad you added more than the recipe called for)! Great recipe!

i’ve been meaning to try the “en papoillette” (or however you spell it) preparation of fish, but haven’t tried it. so easy, though, perfect for a weeknight!

I just started cooking with Baby Bok Choy and I love it! I love salmon and need to try this recipe out, but my husband doesn’t like salmon. I wonder if cod/haddock would work with this recipe?

Made this last night for dinner for me and the boyfriend. Loved it all around! I used regular bok choy because when I went shopping I couldn’t find baby in my supermarket but it was delicious. Thanks so much for the recipe :)
